YOUR INFORMATION, WITH CARE
Privacy Notice
Updated 22 October 2026
This notice applies to the project enquiry form at eratsetiaalamimpian.my. The page collects enquiries so the appointed ERAT sales agents can respond to your interest in Erat Residence.
What you share
The form collects your full name, email, phone number, purchase purpose, preferred viewing date and time, and any optional remarks. A server-generated timestamp and the project label “ERAT” are recorded with your enquiry. A submission reference is recorded with your remarks and in a spreadsheet cell note to prevent duplicate enquiries when you retry.
How your enquiry is used
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, discuss the project and arrange a viewing. A preferred date and time are a request, and your agent will confirm availability. The consent checkbox authorises contact about this enquiry; it is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is sent securely to a restricted Google Sheet used as the lead CRM. The appointed sales team receives an email notification containing your submitted details. Hosting infrastructure and Google services process the data needed to operate this form and deliver notifications. Google’s processing may take place outside Malaysia. Access should be restricted to the team handling your enquiry.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry details are retained while needed for follow-up and applicable recordkeeping. Please do not include identity document numbers, financial account details or other sensitive information in remarks. To request access, correction or deletion, reply to the agent who contacts you, or submit a request using the form and indicate “Privacy request” in remarks. Provide only the details needed to identify your earlier enquiry.
Technical information
The site uses a short-lived server request limit to reduce spam. Hosting services may keep standard access and security logs. This release includes no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, tracking cookies or embedded third-party maps. Media and fonts are served with the website. Links to external services are subject to their own policies.
